Shifting Gears is not your average allyship conference. This is a conference designed for, and run by, men who want to be part of building more inclusive workplaces.
This one-day event is delivered and facilitated by men, bringing together male speakers, moderators, panelists, and participants for honest conversations about inclusion, leadership, and accountability. Through real-world stories, practical insights, and candid discussion, we’ll explore what allyship looks like in action, where we’ve succeeded, where we’ve stumbled, and how we move forward together.
This is a no-judgment space. No calling out. No performative gestures. Just meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and a commitment to doing better.
As we approach International Women’s Day, Shifting Gears invites men to step into the conversation not to check a box, but to help drive real, lasting change.
