Equiforce is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to support the assessment, redesign, and implementation of a modern digital information management system. This work will include reviewing current file structures, workflows, permissions, and governance practices, with a focus on creating a practical, sustainable, and user-friendly solution for a primarily remote organization.

While SharePoint optimization is anticipated, proponents may recommend alternative approaches where appropriate. The selected proponent will support assessment, implementation, governance development, training, and transition support.
