Equiforce is seeking an experienced curriculum development consultant or firm to support the next phase of FastTrackHER, our intensive, industry‑informed workforce readiness program designed to advance women and gender‑diverse individuals into high‑demand careers.

Building on the success of our construction‑sector pilot, this RFP focuses on adapting and strengthening the existing FastTrackHER curriculum for delivery in Newfoundland and Labrador’s rapidly evolving energy sector. The selected proponent will help shape a three‑week, implementation‑ready program that reflects real workforce needs, employer expectations, and emerging opportunities across the province.
