Equiforce is forming an Industry Advisory Committee to help guide the design and delivery of FastTrackHER Energy, a new pilot program supporting women as they explore careers in the energy sector, earn sector-relevant certifications, and connect with employers.

We’re inviting employers, industry representatives, training and education providers, and community partners from across the St. John’s Metro/Avalon energy ecosystem to lend their expertise and help shape a program that reflects real workforce needs. The time commitment is minimal: just one consultation and two short meetings between August and December 2026, scheduled around your availability.
