Equiforce invites proposals from qualified curriculum development consultants or firms to support the second iteration of the FastTrackHER Pilot Program. FastTrackHER is a short-term, industry-informed workforce readiness program designed to prepare women for employment in high-demand sectors. The first pilot is currently being delivered in the Avalon region of Newfoundland and Labrador and focused on the construction sector. That work produced a foundational curriculum framework and template set that will be adapted for additional sectors.
Equiforce is seeking quotes from qualified consultants to support the development of a three-year strategic plan. This engagement will include facilitated planning sessions with the Board of Directors and staff, followed by the development of a concise, actionable, and public-facing strategic plan.
The Equiforce Board of Directors is seeking a Treasurer to support financial oversight and strategic decision-making at the governance level. The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation and brings experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budget review. Experience in non-profit finance or charitable sector funding models is considered an asset. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to equitable workforce development in Newfoundland and Labrador while guiding the financial stewardship of a growing organization.
