The first pilot focuses on Newfoundland and Labrador’s construction sector in the Avalon region, with future iterations expanding to other industries across the province.

Employers, in turn, strengthen their capacity through structured guidance that supports inclusive hiring, onboarding, and workplace practices.

Career Pathways provides personalized, one-on-one career development and community-based supports that help women and gender-diverse individuals explore opportunities, build employability skills, and pursue meaningful work. Through outreach and pop-up programming, these services extend equitable access to career and education pathways across Newfoundland and Labrador.
